The CCT

The Churches Conservation Trust is the national charity protecting churches at risk. They care for the churches vested in them by the Church Commissioners of the Church of England, repairing the damage from sometimes years of neglect, and work with local communities to bring them alive again.

There are seventeen churches in Kent in the care of the CCT.  Others near to Paddlesworth are at Burham, near Snodland, Cooling, and Higham.

Local Friends groups are supported by a Local Community Officer who acts as a liaison with the central CCT team.
